Lolo, I sometimes feel you 
Right there by my side; 
Helping me make decisions; 
Offering your hand to guide.

1Cor. 13:4 says, “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up.”

A lot of the time we apply this scripture to us but it actually applies to God.
Long suffering teaches us to focus on God and not our behaviors.

Patience becomes a necessary quality of service to God. It is also expected that we exercise that same quality of patience towards others that God demonstrates towards us.

Patience means to leave things up to God, expressing full confidence in Him. It is an act of worship!

We are not in control. God is. My world is not up to me.. therefore I give up my life to God! Patience says, “I turn it over to God and wait, just like He waited for me.”

Impatience is the fight to be in control. Trying to fix what we don’t have the ability to fix.

Anxiety and worry is me trying to take the control God has and contending with who’s in charge.

God says, “Let go, I waited for you and now you wait for Me.”

Will you wait?

I’ve come a LONG WAY, and God’s still NOT finished with me yet. He’s doing a total body, mind, spirit and soul TURN AROUND. There’s time I don’t even recognize myself, but that’s okay.. because even when everybody saw the worst in me, MY GOD… saw the BEST IN ME! Lord, have Your way, don’t stop till your work is complete in me. Breathe in me Lord, move in me, flow through me, burn in me, consume every part of me. Let not my will, but YOUR WILL BE DONE IN ME! ♥

You are NOT your story.

You are NOT your job.

You are NOT your addictions.

You are NOT your bank account.

You are NOT your pain.

You are NOT anything that has happened to you.

Let go of the story!

Allow yourself to be defined by LOVE.

Allow yourself to be defined by your beautiful soul.

Allow yourself to be defined by the love you carry in your heart.

Allow yourself to be defined by all that is beautiful within you.

Let those be your chapters in your new book and you will have a best seller.

LOVE is patient.

LOVE is kind.

LOVE will see you through.

LOVE ain’t blind.

LOVE stays when all is gone.

LOVE will find a way when there is none.

LOVE will trust.

LOVE wont lie LOVE is forever.

LOVE is life.

LOVE gives with no conditions.

LOVE is life’s ignition.

This is the LOVE that I’m talking about LOVE that lives not just a word of mouth.
